The gastronomic offer of EcoResort is based on high Mediterranean gastronomy made with 100% ecological and proximity products. Part of them come from the Salagros Farm itself and its orchard, where they grow and produce fresh and seasonal products.
With the aim of ensuring the optimal quality of its products, the gastronomic offer of the restaurants of the Resort varies according to each season. Its purpose is to elaborate culinary, healthy, tasty and ecological cuisine. In this sense, different options of meat, fish, vegetables, pastas and cereals are presented.
Upon previous request, the restaurants have menus and special diets such as vegan, celiac or a special menu for sportsmen, among others. Likewise, for the celebration of events and parties, the Resort offers an exclusive service of banquet and ecological catering to the clients.
The ecological gastronomy offered by Mas Salagros EcoResort is not considered as such solely for its products but also for its philosophy against the waste of food to generate less waste. In addition, to the extent possible, EcoResort works with Comerç Just as long as the products are environmentally friendly.
