Of all our wellbeing activities, the star must be the yoga classes. You'll be able to relax your body and mind in an incomparable setting, surrounded by nature.
Our weekly pranayama classes teach breathing exercises, in which you'll learn to inhale and exhale at different rhythms, and reach a maximum level of concentration. Perfect for relaxing your mind and forgetting stress.
If you prefer an activity that requires a bit more physical effort, why not take part in our stretching classes. You'll notice how this series of exercises makes your body stronger and improve elasticity and flexibility. After the session, you'll be warmed up ready for a long walk or cycle ride.
